Ethiopian dry-prep coffees from Sidamo/Yirgacheffe

Any opinions on these new DP from Sidamo and Yirgacheffe?? Ive tried a few and they are quickly becoming some of my favorites!

Counter Culture Coffee- Idido Misty Valley
Orens Daily Roast- Sidamo #3
Paradise Roaster - Ethiopia - Awassa Special

All of them were excellent, very fruity and clean with none of the earthy/ferment that the Harrar and Yemen DP coffees sometimes have.

I am impressed with the Yirgacheffe I received last week. It's earthy and familiar, but with some great overtones. I've loved Sidamo for years. Both top notch imho... I need to roast more for a better review but a great cup for sure.

I've been roasting a natural process Yrgacheffe for quite some time now at my shop... Very good, wild and fruity, pleasantly tangy at a lighter roast... Dark chocolate and blackberries come out when its taken a bit darker.
