Hi everyone,
I am posting on this forum because I find it very informative. I live and work in NYC, my family has been growing Arabica coffee in Guatemala for over 100 years and my father and I have made the decision of finding a distribution channel in the U.S. (sounds easy enough).
Well the catch is that my father's coffee sells above market value because of its high quality. Any coffee shop owners I have spoken to find it absurd to serve gourmet coffee to people that are used to coffee mixes.
Are there any gourmet coffee shops in NYC or any major city I should know about which has an appetite for the highest quality coffee around?
Thank you,
