Goooood morning everyone. I am new to the forum and have been reading some of the posts. I am retiring from my social worker job this May and plan to open a coffee cart - roasting my own beans; as well as selling them in our local stores. I am in this field now at the urging of friends and neighbors. AND I just want to do some thing that makes people happy and doesn't 'require' anything of me. I am excited to formally enter the field, learn something new and make new friends! Reading the posts about larger coffee roasters. Leaning towards the San Franciscian 6lb.
