I know the size of the grind determines how long a coffee should steep.. I was wondering, however, if my thought process is right during my brew experimenting.
would the taste of the perfect steep time for a finer grind be equivalent to the perfect steep time for a courser grind? Or are their differences in that in itself?
what got me wondering is, I found a good immersion combo with the grind I have and how long I let it sit there... If I changed the grind and steep time to suite the grind would I get a different taste, or would a differen characteristic of that bean?
