Health Regulations for a Home Roasting Business in Illinois

I am looking to start roasting coffee for customers as needed out of my home. Does anyone have any information concerning what health regulations exist? This is in Illinois.

You should contact your local health department. They should be able to give you all of the information you need.

Generally speaking, coffee roasting is usually not regarded as a food item.
