Is adding cream or milk to fairly strong and concentrated cold brew coffee still necessary to do if one uses organic or low acid coffee to prevent gastric problems or problems in our kidneys? What do you guys think?

I am not a heavy coffee drinker, one or two cups a day. I am having gastric reflux whenever I drink a coffee. My daily coffee driver is Delonghi Ecam 23.420 which does very good coffee. Also I add a bit of dash of Baileys Irish Cream and some milk cream, no difference in symptom but nice difference in taste. It is said that a bit of salt added to coffee grounds before brewing or to a finished cup can reduce bitterness of brew that's too acidic. This method to neutralize the acid in coffee decreasing the chances of an acid reflux flareup.
