Help Please: Delonghi magnifica esam30xy not working.

I have a one year old delonghi magnifica esam30xy
We had to have the complete grinder replaced a month ago now its not working at all.
Both coffee cup lights, the steamer light and the descaling light are all flashing and the machine will do nothing else.
There is nothing in the trouble shooting section about this combination of lights in the manual and i can find nothing on the web about it.
Anyone have any ideas before i take it back to John lewis again for it to be away for another 2 months.

Did you ever get this sorted out? I'm having the same problem. Just had the mechanical valve replaced and now I gett his occasional thing where coffeee is not delivered and all the lights start flashing. would love to know what the issue is so I can address it.
