Hi, When I turn "ON" my "JURA MICRO 1" it blinks (5 red lights) and it does nothing, I uploaded 3 videos there.
I kept the upper red lights together and it went into descaling mode. And I tried to start cleaning and descaling (without tablets, just water) using the manual instructions. Still blinking, When the descaling process was completed, the drip tray was filled with water but the coffee spout was empty.
I disconnected the pipe connection from the brew group and coffee spout and it was dry.
I deep cleaned the brew group, but it keeps blinking (5 lights) when I turn it on.
Anyone can Help me?
