Help Please: Need Ice Maker for Drive-Thru Coffee House

Hello Experts,

I am starting a new drive-Thru coffee house and I am confused on which type of ice maker should I purchase and what capacity?
I am expecting to serve around 30-50 smoothies / Frapes per day and the coffee shop will be located in a hot area Cairo , egypt
