Hi all! I recently came across these forums yet again when I was looking for information about mobile espresso service and I figured it is time to sign up. I work as a coffee and espresso technician for a coffee company in Chicago. We almost exclusively use Rancilio and Fetco commercial products and have close to $200,000 worth of machines and spare parts (Pics of my work area to come later) I explore everyday, and I will be more than glad to help in areas where I think I can.
