My name is Mark and I am addicted to EVERYTHING COFFEE!

I have been home roasting coffee since March 09. I currently use a Behmor 1600 and love it. I have had the opportunity to bring some of my coffee to work ( I and a nurse and work in an emergency department ). Thus far several people have loved my coffee and have even bought from me...repeatedly

I'd love to hear from you roasting veterans about your thoughts on roasters (Probat, Ambex, USRoasters, Diedrich...) I would love to start a small side coffee roasting business. I have no clue as to which roasting company is better or best.
