I just discovered this forum and am delighted to know of it's existence.
I am a home roaster who uses a Gene Cafe roaster. I make my coffee in a Saeco Magic (yes it's old, but I got it for the cost of the repairs!) and it makes "fabulous" (my taste) espresso. I'm in the beginning stages of searching out a 1kilo roaster (I think.)
Another hobby of mine is music. I play the tuba (been playing for longer than I wish to admit).:lol:
