Please clarify what you mean when you say "how many minutes of work it takes to make 1 kg of green specialty coffee. Do you want to know how many minutes it takes to roast the green coffee?

I'm sorry. I mean from harvesting to roasting. The whole process.

about 3 weeks
example : one 100 lbs of coffee cherry
harvest time : one day
pulping time : one hour or less depends on machine
fermentation : 12 to 24 hours
drying period : 7 to 14 days depends on weather
milling : one hour or less depends on machine
roasting 100 lbs : about an hour. depends on size of the machine.

Very strange question, but do you really want to know about this? or something else?
