How many shots of espresso for different sized drinks?

pictures

look at the pictures on our site of our coffee houses, they are cool but not posh, they are designed to fit into the neighborhood inwhich they are located, high design low investment.

without a site visit there is know way as a consultant that you can accurately gage the success of a business.

You may do things differently in Iowa.

you are invited!

Wow things got ugly quick...I think your shops look awsome by the way...as to paying more for atmosphere..it is true. But I really didn't rape my customers at the casino....but I will tell you it was top notch...anyway congrats on your success...

sorry about that

I was trying to be nice, and I am really nice person, for those of you that spend your days in your own shop can understand what it is like. sometime these other guys should not be so quick to put down others.

its a tough business (not as tough as a restaurant or bar but tough)

thanks for the compliment, love to share pics of other cafe's and design tips, alway looking for cool things to add. I also get cool furniture on ebay as well.

I understand long days in the shop. Our record day in the last shop I used to roast for was $17,000...I know you are screaming B.S. right now but it is true. It was on Mardi Gras day at a casino in Biloxi...that was insane! I am no longer in shops(miss it though) I am now roasting for an online company...will email you some cool pics.
