I'm guessing you're adding a shot of flavored syrup to steamed milk.
First of all, have you gone into other coffee shops to see what they charge?
Since the steamer isn't on your regular menu selection, just charge about 25 cents less than the price of a latte. When you figure in the cost of the milk and the shot of syrup, it works out okay.
