How to air fresh roasted beans?

As a Noob, first roasts a few days ago, what are some preferred scenarios to tbest let co2 escape?
Scatter on a screen mesh for two days on top of washer/dryer?
Leave in an uncapped quart jar?

Have lots more questions and trying to reach as far down into earlier discussions as time will allow.

you can vacuum seal them. Preferably in one way valve bag, if you don't have any, make sure the bag is large enough so the CO2 won't burst the bag.
