I mostly like to drink cold brew coffee before or during the workout to improve my workout performance, because it can increase my energy level and I can work out more effectively. But cold brew coffee contains a large amount of caffeine which is not good for my health it disturbs my regular performance during the workout and I cannot be able to sleep properly. So, one of my friends tells me a great method by which I can easily reduce the caffeine level in my cold brew coffee, now I enjoy the best cold brew coffee during the workout so it can keep me active and fit.
