OK here goes, I have been taken by suprise by what is and is not considered vegan.
In the past I have created natural perfumes, no synthetics. However, when I have
created a solid perfume with natural beeswax I have been told it was not vegan.
So I ask, in general, is roasted fresh coffee vegan? If you read the shade grown
thread, I ask this for the same reason. Local farmers market and wanting to be
able to answer questions. I do realize it is up to an individual, but in general.

I think it is vegan since coffee is grown in tree. I think the same reason chocolate is vegan..... Simple ;)

One would think it simple, I had no clue bee's might not vegan. I did not see
fresh roasted cofffee would be any thing but vegan, but thought it wise to
ask.

Your perfume wasn't vegan because beeswax is the product of an insect. Anything that is the product of an animal isn't vegan.

Coffee would be vegan wether shade grown or not. There are no animal products involved.
