We are currently cultivating land in the Philippines and are looking for Java coffee seeds.

you may want to contact "asociacion de cafes finos de Costa Rica". Normally, when Guatemalan farmers want some specialty coffee seeds, they get them from Costa Rica coffee association. I am not sure whether they have Java seeds, but if they do not have it, they might give you some other companies where you can get.
