Hi does anyone have experience with or have a Jura machine specifically the Ena 9 and how to install the brew group in the correct position so it doesn’t get stuck and jam at the top of the cycle when reinstalling?
This is happening to me. Thanks
Make sure you push the small plunger gear all the way down as far as it can go. The piece that sits in the brew group, not the plunger that pushes down.
