Jura J90 - Grinder Replacement - Can I use a 230v on a 120v machine?

Hello,

I have a Jura J90 and I need to replace my grinder and brew unit. I found replacements but they are from a 230v machine.

Does anyone have any experience if this still work? I have read some posts that the heating element from a 230v machine would work but it will just take a bit longer.

Any advice is appreciated.
