Lavender

So, the shop I work at has a new syrup...Lavender,obviously. Does anyone have any drink suggestions?:question:

Lavender.....what does it taste like? Floral- Fruity? It's hard to imagine lavender as a flavor.

From what I've read, some people use it in hot tea, iced tea, lemonade, white mocas, in a slushy with crushed ice.

Lavender syrup???? i havn't ever tried it. Not even heard of it?

If I'm not mistaken, it is semi-sweet and has herbal/floral flavor. I have not tried it personally, but some use it for lemonades, sodas, teas and other frozen beverages.
