Looking for a tasty organic espresso

Anybody have ideas for a super organic & fair trade espresso? Right now I am using starbucks espresso, but it's neither organic OR fair trade.

There are a number of good roasters who do the organic/FT thing, myself included. Where are you located? Maybe you would like to try a sample?

I cna vouch for the quality of Taylor Maids, ours and Ecco Cafes. All great roasters and all in the BAy Area by chance. Must be something in the air.

get sampels from a couple and taste them side by side. Then choose the best roaster partner not vendor. Taylor Maid and Ecco are kick ass in everything they do. Great people, great friends, coffee stars.

For over a year, I've been drinking Green Mountain Coffee's Fair Trade Organic Espresso Blend. Ken Davids called it, "a muscular American-style straight shot."

Every day in my house starts with two double shots, straight up. The crema (achieved without any robusta) is reliably a thick red-brown. I have tall thin shot glasses that I pull shots into and crema goes all the way to the bottom as the shot finishes. It takes a good 30 seconds to settle.
