Looking for training

Hi I'm new to this forum, although my compliments to all those who have asked questions and responded!!!
I, like others have lost my job and am now looking down this road.
I live in norteast PA and am looking for some info on training classes on how to make the drinks and on starting a coffee cafe in the area. Any ideas on where I can find some???
I am trying to find a location which is proving to be harder than I thought. I have some possibilities.
I have several years in the food service business so working the hours is not a problem.
Can any one help??
To Jim at the MuddyCup, My in-laws live up that way so I plan on visiting when I'm in the area which will be in two weeks for a sat-sun. Mind if i stop by and chat?

They live in Athens by the River, right across from Hudson. In fact I think they have been to your store.
I am looking forward to being up there to visit. Even if you cannot be there.
