Why Libericans coffee have different taste? Phenolic attached to an aromatic hydrocarbon group. The simplest of the class is phenol (C6H5OH).Salicylic acid is a phenolic compound. Phenolic acids found in coffee act as antioxidants and are good. Studies show a cup or two of coffee is beneficial but too much caffeine may not be healthy.

Does Libericans coffee contain more phenolic acids than other coffees? Or do all coffees contain the same amount of phenolic acids? How much antioxidants are in a cup of coffee compared to drinks that are promoted as being high in anti-oxidants like green tea?
