Melbourne's best coffee beans

Hey there guys, I am opening a new Bar/Brasserie in Geelong Vic this year. In Geelong there is no one place that is known for good coffee, I was hoping that I could get a bit of insight: What are the best coffee beans to use????

I would suggest going to local roasterys and doing tastings...taste as many coffees as you can. Good luck and let us know what you find! :wink:
