It all depends on what kind of roaster, i.e. a diedrich IR-12, or a Probat 220 Kilo? Do you have an incinerator, etc.?
I imagine as long as you can dis-assemble it and stick it on pallets, any trucking company can move it for you. If it cant be dis-assembled, try contacting a roasting manufactorer and see how they do it 8)
