My coffee is too watery

Hello,

First I want to apologize for my english because its not the best but I will try to write in the best way I can,

So I bought sage duo temp pro like 4 months ago. I was using it for 2 weeks and always coffee I got was too watery so I decided to stop using it. Today I turned on the coffee machine again, and still my coffee was too watery. The amount of coffee doesnt correspond to clasic espresso size. Do you have any ideas how to fix it please? it would help me a lot.

Are you pulling espresso shots? When you say too watery, do you mean before or after adding water? How old or new are your beans? Are you grinding them fine enough (if not pre-ground)?
