Need help getting first ever espresso machine

Hello everyone,I've just graduated from university and as soon as I get a job and move to a new flat, the first thing I'm going to buy is a coffee machine as I love drinking coffee and want to learn all about coffee making. The problem is, I don't know anything about coffee making beyond putting a pack of Nescafe 3in1 in hot water. I researched and kind of gotten an idea about which brands are good but I still don't have a solid choice. I would like to be able to make cappuccinos too so, the machine needs to have a frother too. My price range is around $250 (~200€ - I live in Europe, Hungary to be precise). Could you recommend a grinder & coffee maker couple which fits in my budget? Thanks in advance

edit: I realize my budget may be a little low for both so feel free to recommend just an espresso machine for that price
