Need Help with Reneka Plus Prestige espresso machine

I have a Reneka Plus prestige machine and I am not getting water out of the heads of the machine like it should, just a few drips and steam, can anyone help me. I have cleaned the filters and the heads. I get water out of the Americano nozzle.

what does the pressure gauge read when pulling a shot? is it at or near the 9 bar range?
