Need recommendations for shipping

Hello, sorry if I post this question in the wrong forum but I am kind of new here. My business is marketing roasted bean coffee as well as diferente product derived from coffee. I contacted someone from Canada interested in my products and I need to send samples. Does anyone know recommendations for the shipping? Thanks!

probably USPS service with tracking # might be the best bet.

Hi, I sent samples today from Houston to Canada but it was expensive for 3 pounds I paid unit price $3.49. If I make business with the person in Canada I will send a bigger amount so, I need a better deal. Thanks for your answer!
