Ninja Coffee Bar

Please help! I replaced my old Keurig with a Ninja Coffee Bar about two months ago. I have yet to brew a good cup of coffee. Can someone please tell me how to make a good (single) cup of coffee with this machine? I do not like very strong coffee. I'm ready to get rid of the Ninja and buy another Keurig!
