Hello! I'm looking for some advice on office coffee service.

I work for a local fresh food market with a coffee shop attached. We have our own label of coffee and want to expand that business.

We started a Micro Market about a year ago and we have coffee service as well. I'm looking for advice on software programs, as well as vendors to get some better pricing and expand our tea selection (our vendors are priced for retail sales and not bulk).

Any general advice would be appreciated too!

Thanks!

As far as tea goes the best tea I've ever had is Mighty Leaf. They do wholesale loose tea as well as bagged AND their tea is whole leaf. It's fantastic.

That's what we use in our cafe! Good to know. :-)

I will say that Mighty leaf is one of the best tea companies out there. Their packaging is pretty impressive.

Has anyone found that customers are picky about what brand of tea they drink? Especially when it comes to k-cups? Lipton, Tazo, Celestial Seasons, Twinings?

I would survey the customers that come in. Or if you have a fb presence do a poll that's specific to your area.
