Older commercial Faema whistles

Just wondering if anyone would have answer to why our old Faema machine sometimes whistles during extraction? We had the machine professionally cleaned and thoroughly gone over about 9 months ago including a set of new gauges on the front. The gauge for the head pressure is almost off the charts. Any suggestions as to a remedy? Our shop is almost 3 hours away from a service tech so i would like to try and handle this myself. Thanks.

Sounds like you are getting too much pressure, there is a way to adjust but it needs a tech to do the job.
Try to do a search online to see if anyone else had the same problem and you may find the solution.
