Your store says to keep coffee fresh in a refrigerator or freezer. That's a big mistake because coffee will absorb odors and then it will taste funky when you try to brew a pot.

I say to store your beans at room temperature and try to use your coffee within 21 days.

The ground coffee are in foil bags. To extend life of coffee keep it in an airtight container in refrigerator. If you plan to keep coffee longer than two weeks store it in your freezer.
