I'm the owner of a building in the little town of Independence, California. It is located on the very busy Highway 395 between the popular tourist destinations of Mammoth and Lone Pine (Mt Whitney), 3 hours north of L.A.
The building has lovely garden seating and lots of room inside. It is fully equipped, including kitchen. The rent is only $1500/month.
