I am planning to run a roastery in South Korea and I want to install a 5kg-roaster.
I happen to hear about OZ Roaster(German) but have very limited information about this machine.
If there is any general evaluation about this machine or direct comparison with Probat which is rather better known German roaster, please help me.
And I also want to know any web-site where I can get some reviews or evlauation about rosters.
