panini grill

hi all, has anyone used a Cadco Uno panini grill? have a brochure from the NY restaurant show and the grill looks interesting. it says the is no smoke, you don't have to use olive oil and they are really easy to clean.

looking for feedback ...

also it would be fun to hear some of your favorite panini recipes.

Herbed Goat Cheese
Roasted Red Pepper
Fresh Basil

Spicy mayo
Roast beef
Mozza cheese
sauteed mushroom slices

It probably has a teflon-like finish if it doesnt need any oil, that'l probably scratch off in time though, but maybe its really durable.
Panini machine are used SO much in europe that they SHOULD know to make a good one
