Philips Saeco Xelsis ID does not heat enough

I am writing from Mexico because I bought a Philips Saeco Xelsis ID machine refurbished 2 months ago and everything was good until…



I feel that my coffee is not getting hot enough and it seems that is heating less every time, so I don’t know if there is any way to make it get my coffee real hot.



Do you know if there is anything with this?
