Our grand opening will be on 1/1/2016.
We are doing now trial opening for 4 hours everyday. ☺

I have one experienced employee who can do the latte art.

The other are new employees.

People recieve the cups from the experienced barista and post the photos on instegram.

Their friends come and get cups from the new ones.

The become disappointed by the eandom foam .

I am amazed at the length of time this took. Mustafa must be nominated for an award due to his patience in getting to this point. I bet the two years it took also provided an opportunity to overcome the initial lack of industry knowledge. Cheers Mustafa, and best of success in your endeavors!
