Hey, kids…..

I'm thinking about setting up a pour-over bar in our shop. (Currently I just do them one at a time.)

Does anyone have a source for prefabbed or hints on fabricating my own?

Thanks in advance.

Friend of mine made this a few years back....

I really like the filter holder/handle in John's post above. Think all should be made with some holder. Very clever!
On that note maybe Clever should create and manufacture them!

Is pour over better than brewed through an espresso machine?

Seems really interesting! I'm fascinated! :-)

Pour over is a different type of brewing and is usually for high end single origin coffees.

I have one setup in our new coffee bar. Had someone make one out of wood, fits two cups and is placed over a drip tray so reletively inexpensive. Key is getting the ratios and grind setup correctly and well worth the effort.
