I'm certainly no professional barista, but I do appreciate my espressos, cappuccinos, also as other coffee beverages.
 
Difference between a PRO and AMATEUR is the pro gets paid, nothing more. I've seen many "pro" baristi lack the skill and passion that some "in-tune" home baristi have. Same with fishing, racing, etc... Being pro usually means you have the time and financial means to do what you like to do, doesn't necessarily make you better at it.

I agree. Those who love what they are doing are the real "pros."
