.....yep, I'm serving them at my coffee shop during the summer :)

Anyone have a good recipe for them?

Yeah, IQF ( instand quick frozen) fruit, and Big Train Fruit smoothie BLAST....follow the directions and adjust for your personal style....

Dr. Smoothie has the easiest recipe. Pour, ice and blend. I read the ingredient and it really is all natural fruit. my favorite is a recipe they have for a Strawberry Lime Up. Ummm. It's like a starwberry margarita with out the kick.

Fruit Smoothie

My wife and I love to make fruit smooties at home. My favorite recipe:

1 cup JUMEX Mango Nectar
1 cup JUMEX Guava Nectar
1 cup frozen mangoes
5 or 6 large frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 cup ice

Blend until smooth. This makes two 16-oz drinks. Very good! Very pretty color, too.

We find the JUMEX in the Spanish food section of the grocery store. Dole makes all kinds of frozen fruit to use, but mangoes are only available during the summer.

You can substitute peaches for the mangoes. I also add a few frozen figs to get a little fiber and add sweetness.
