Hello,

I am a student and am seeking information about the Information Systems used within coffee chains.

If possible would be interested in any information available about the systems used by chains in conveying info to Head Office or a Corporate center. For example Forecasting Systems, Budgetting, Procurement.

Also the sophistication of IT/IS applications. Benefits of automation. And features that applications enable.
