my new toy...anyone else have the Saeco royal? If anyone does..do you have problems with the dredge door? Other than one wee problem I think its a pretty cool machine :wink:

One of the hotels we supply in Jakarta has one in their bar. We too have had problems with the drawer not locking properly coming up with the error message. A bt of jiging normally solves that problem. Had a couple of problems with the flow meter as well, but otherwise an OK machine.

...But I should add the flow meterproblems were because the machine was plugged into the main water supply. If you are running from the tank on top this would not occur :grin:
