Saeco Vspresso steamer not working

Hi

I think that the steaming wand may have gotten clogged. One day it kept pumping and pumping and no steam came out and then, nothing. When I turn the knob nothing at all happens, no sounds, etc.

Any advice? I've had this machine repaired a few times and I'm almost ready to get a new one. I saw a Saeco Vienna at Costco on Black Friday for $299.
