I roasted on it, but it proved impossible to rent a truck and take it home from LA. it will be shipped to my location Friday or Monday. I am really, really happy about that roaster.
I loved chatting with the coffee growers!! and cool to meet people from companies I'd heard of, including Zephyr, where I've been buying beans.
the show was amazing, inspiring and I am looking forward to the information that should be showing up at my address over the next few weeks. wasn't shy about having my badge scanned.
I was a little disappointed that my daughter didn't want to go back on Sunday. sigh.
I roasted some of the Guatemalan Antigua coffee that was being given as samples and the coffee from Rwanda. both were SO good.
