I will be roasting up to 15 lbs of coffee at a time, and selling it in 12 oz bags. Suggestions on a scale for use in both activities?

Most any cheap scale on ebay will work, and any of them should be accurate enough.

I've bought from this outfit, Digital Scales, Weight Scales, & Balances. Shopping Made Easy.They're reliable sellers, and have several that will weigh from 1g to 35#.

One concern may be if you're going to be legit and need state certification, in which case you'll want a scale that will fill that bill, i.e., zeroed/adjusted to their weights and measures.
