Hey peeps, I am about to open a Cafe, its an established business but need to change a few things when i go in. I would like to know if anyone knows a company that does proffessional Cafe signage.

Check your local yellow pages under "SIGNS"
if you don't have your logo done yet seek out a professional graphic artist and go from there.

I agree with John P. Dealing with someone local, familiar with code and such could be a plus.
