signature drinks

Does anyone have an opinion on a signature drink for a barista competition? Anything would help, even things that are COMPLETELY wild.

I was experimenting with a creme-brulee type of layered drink, but so far has got me relatively nowhere.

I know the Swedish barista championship winner did a drink with fresh pomegranate. It was served in a tall drink glass filled with crushed ice, i think 2 oz espresso and the same portion of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, and then topped off with all fresh pomegranates. Of course - this is HIS signature drink. Use this post just to spark your creative energy, because it's uncool to steal another champ's drink.
